For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, a “User” is understood to be any individual or legal entity connecting to and browsing the Site.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE

1.1. SET HÔTELS provides on the Site information divided into thematic sections regarding the Golf Hôtel***, its activities and its offers of thermal spa products and services.

1.2. The Site also offers reservation of Bedrooms in the hotel, a restaurant, and a “Spa Treatment Programme” service at Les Thermes de Brides-les-Bains® as well as editorial products, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Reservation and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale which can be freely consulted on the Site.

1.3. Photographs, artwork and illustrations reproduced on the Site that illustrate the hotel (bedrooms, restaurant and facilities) are shown for information purposes only and are therefore not legally binding.

1.4. For all questions about the activities and services offered for sale by SET HÔTELS for which Users are not able to find answers on the Site, Users are invited to contact SET HOTELS at the addresses shown below the top of these Terms and Conditions.

2. ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY

2.1. Access to the Site is free and open and provided on a continual and permanent basis except in the case of force majeure or other event beyond the control of SET HÔTELS and subject to possible crashes and technical interventions and the maintenance and updating required to ensure the proper functioning of the Site.

2.2. Furthermore, due to the nature of the Internet, SET HÔTELS cannot guarantee the functioning of the Site 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

3. LIABILITY

3.1. SET HÔTELS makes every effort to provide Users of the Site with information that is as accurate as possible and of the highest quality.

SET Hôtels takes daily appropriate technical measures to protect personal data by strengthening the security of the systems and infrastructures and by sensitizing employees to good practice of security.

• Sensitive data : cancellation upon your arrival at the hotel,
• Mailing newsletters and promotional offers : until unsubscribe request,
• Credit card number : 13 months from the last collection,
• Participation to satisfaction surveys : until unsubscribe request,
• Conservation of invoices : 10 years from the last collection,
• Management of non-payment situations and dispute : 10 years from the last collection.
• Curriculum Vitae : 2 years from the last contact.

After these deadlines, SET Hôtels commits to destroy securely the paper or electronic data concerned.

5.7. Storage and transfer of your personal data 
Personal data are stored in France, in secure computer server controlled by SET Hôtels or by its service suppliers. No transfer of personal data outside European Union is made.
